Founder and principal Psychologist
Nataliya brings heart, knowledge, and respect for each client’s story. With a background in trauma-informed care and a passion for empowering young women, she combines evidence-based therapy with a grounded, relational approach that meets you where you are.
Qualified and experienced in:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
